Service Description
This first meeting is a calm, no-obligation space where we can talk about what you’re going through at this point in your life, what has brought you here, and what you’re looking for. It’s also an opportunity for you to get to know me, for me to explain how I work, and for us to explore together whether my approach feels right for what you need at this moment. This is not a therapeutic session, but rather a first opportunity to connect, based on listening, openness, and trust. If, by the end, you feel that this path resonates with you, we can decide how to move forward. And if not, that’s completely fine. What matters most is that you find the support that truly meets your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are confirmed once payment and the booking process have been completed. You will receive a confirmation email with your chosen date and all the necessary details for your online session. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your session within the allowed timeframe, you may choose a new date subject to availability. If I need to cancel the session for any reason, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
